December 2023 I A smooth start with all the necessary information and materials is our greatest concern during your onboarding, so that you can immerse yourself in the s::can world without any worries 🙂
On your first day, you will be welcomed by your supervisor and team colleagues. There will also be an appointment with our IT department so that you can get your login details and gain an insight into our systems.
There will also be a big introduction round during the day so that everyone can briefly introduce themselves to you and give you an insight into their tasks. Don’t worry, you will not have to remember everyone’s name straight away 😉
In addition to the induction at your workplace by your supervisor or team colleagues, it is also important to us that you get a holistic impression of your new employer.
During your first three weeks with us, you will familiarise yourself with all departments. This will give you an insight into their areas of responsibility and how the departments are interlinked.
At the end of the first month, a feedback meeting is also planned where your first (hopefully only good 😉 ) impressions can be reflected upon.
