If the returned s::can spectrometer probe was built more than 3 years ago, s::can grants 2 years of warranty for replaced components (incl. light source & optical components, if applicable).

If the returned s::can spectrometer probe was built less than 3 years ago, s::can grants another 3 years extended guarantee covering the entire spectrometer probe. The extended warranty period is stored in the s::can database with the specific serial number, therefore s::can is able to track this for each single spectrometer probe.

Please remember: Customers who bought s::can spectrometer probes less than 3 months ago can apply for the 3 years extended guarantee using the s::can extended guarantee card.
